We absolutely love our dining set! This was our first purchase from Arhaus and it was a fabulous experience. The process started in-store where we saw a lot products. We were free to browse all the selections. Cynthia helped with giving us our quotes on two different sets. We ultimately came back and made a decision the same day. They disclosed that there was a wait time and that we were getting two separate deliveries. We were fine since we really liked the product and other companies had similar back order issues. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We got our final delivery today. Everything came as promised and on time. The delivery process was very smooth. We got a call when our items arrived to the hub and an email to schedule a date and time for the home delivery. The delivery staff were polite, efficient, and clean. It was truly white glove. Overall, Everyone at store was friendly and helpful. They were transparent with delivery dates and status of item. The products are beautiful and very comfortable. Couldn’t be any happier.

During our recent visit to Arhaus we had the pleasure of working with Terri, who made our shopping experience truly outstanding. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. The Arhaus showroom in Roslyn is nothing short of absolutely stunning! From the furniture to the fabrics to the lighting, this is a showroom of true quality and expertise. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. My friends and colleagues at Keller Williams Legendary, Kandice Ramdhanie and Team Rivera at Points North, partnered with Arhaus to host this incredible event which was well attended and a great time was had by all!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica and Ashley to design my new living room. Their expertise and creativity was without a doubt one of the best furniture shopping experiences to date. Their collaborative approach and all the time they spent helping me to select all the right pieces was amazing. They are gifted in what they do and such nice people to deal with. I shopped around before going to Arhaus but nothing beats it and both Ashley and Jessica will always be my go to whenever I need something. Thank you both!! We had a wonderful experience buying our living room and bedroom room furniture from the Manhasset store. Jodi was amazing to work with and provided recommendations and insights that were spot on! Not only that, we really enjoyed our conversations with her as she has a great personality. While waiting for our apartment to be ready to move in, Jodi even helped us stay on top of price adjustments as Arhaus had their sales on the pieces we had purchased. Thanks Jodi!

Customer service at the Roslyn location is exceptional. I have the pleasure of dealing with Cynthia who is the quintessential rep for Arhaus. She is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The quality of the merchandise is impressive and the lead time is far better than most. Worked with Cynthia O at the Manhasset location. She was very helpful. Took her time Erik me and helped me choose my whole living room decor. She was patient and kind. Loved my Finley coffee table!
